  • Mam I made cham cham as u said... It was really spongy... But not soft like Rasugulla... If we bite we hear a sound... Like in rajbhog... I made with mother dairy full fat milk... First 5 minutes in cooker it really became big....3 and half times but after 40 mins it was shrinked to twice the original size.. Where did I go wrong
